A subtle blend of tradition and innovation, Afro-fusion is the international culinary bridge between flavors and gourmet techniques from Africa thanks to a broad range of ingredients, techniques and influences.

My ambition during the past 12 years has been to establish and universalize an African gastronomy that defines itself as resolutely bold, surprising and ultra-contemporary.

Through Afro-fusion, I envision to write a new narrative of African gastronomy and magnify culinary industry shakers from the continent and throughout the diaspora.
